Why Share-Online?
In generation Share-Online has put a priority value in a simple and fast operation. However, this should not come at the expense of functional scope, so an interesting mix of features and comfort was created. To convince himself of it, we recommend to sign up anyone a free collector's account, which doesn’t much not differ from a premium version in the user area. Also each user benefits from the long experience of the operators, which are in stability as well as in speed is characterized in new ideas.

1. Which browsers are available for share-Online.biz ?
We do our best to make it right for all users, so we're verifying constantly that Share Online is displayed correctly in the most popular browsers.
In extreme or exotic browsers may cause slight variations, which are based in most cases by special features on the user's computer.
Share-Online has been tested on the following browsers (including versions for Windows, Mac OS X and * nix):

2. FREE Collectors Accounts
It is possible to use the control for free as each premium customer also does – you only have to register for a Free collectors account.
Your download speed is lightly increased in accord to the download speed of guests. It is easily to manage your uploads, participate in bonus programs, earning points for your downloads, or get a free premium upgrades. It's all for free, even if it means that gifts never will be given.
If you doesn’t want to use the free account anymore, that's not a problem.
There is no unsubscribe or similar sign, account will be deleted after a certain time of our system.
The availability for not downloaded files will be 30 days on this account option.

3. Advantages for Premium Users
Premium users have the advantage that they can download simultaneously without delays, layer ads, hours limits or speed limits up to 16 files.
As a premium user your downloads are resuming, if you do them with a downloadmanager – pause until next day and start again upload next day. (depending on the used software)
Also important for premium users is that your uploads become inviolable, even if they are not downloaded, you will remain on our servers.
Premium users always the first who will receive the newest increments an get various special functions which are clearly in use.

4. Earn money with points
Probably the most used program consists is the point awards, which are distributed through downloads of other users out of their own uploads. Currently a guest or collector may assign 6 points, a premium user 2 points per hour. This number is distributed to all users receiving the downloader data.
The various control options are available, which extends to the attainment of a minimum score of account (premium) or the points can be charged even against a withdrawal. The minimum amount of points is 20,000.
As standard, each user receives a payout factor of 1.0, which can be increased over time but *.
A factor of 1.0 would correspond to a payout of 20,000 points, just 20 euros, giving a conversion of 1:1000.
For the payout a maximum of 5 weeks processing time will be scheduled. There are several options available in the Settlement mask which can accelerate this process.

5. Bonus & affiliate programs
Share-Online offers its users not just one but several types of bonuses and affiliate programs:
To participate in a collector's global access is sufficient. None of the programs commits sales or contains hidden charges.
- Every registered user is automatically entered into a system that will be awarded in each file identified by its sale of 20% of the selling points on his account. More simple earning points can’t be.
- Investments in sales (also 20%) can be achieved by switching Partnerbanners. Each user will find this in his user area
- The program "pay-per-lifetime" makes earn the seller of his recruited co-users for all time points. Just tell your recruited users your username or your email address when registerin. Once a payment is made for this user, you will receive 5% of his payout converted into points.

5.1 What is the point-factor?
Since understanding problems in cause of this factor, here the following statement:
If the will change (never mind if negative or positive) the current point-factor ALWAYS will be CONVERTED. No points lost, even if they smaller with an increase in the pure number of points. The conversion value to a real currency (eg euro) is, even after switching back to the same amount that are newly added points more / less "value".

6. Download / Upload Status
Download Status:
Here only counts how much you actually load!
Maybe you know the problem already by other provider. You start a large file, cancel the download but nevertheless the entire file size has been charged to your account.
Share-Online is different. Share-Online deducts just the already loaded amount from your balance. If you stop downloading am 100 MB file after 2 MB you just have to pay for these 2 MB.
Upload Status:
For upload techniques like FTP or remote upload from other providers you will find in your member-area a menue-item, that will show your current transfer. Depending on the load it may take a while until the file has been fully integrated into the system.

7. Remote upload
There is a remote upload feature for collectors and premium users. It can store up to 50 links via HTTP or FTP upload of the source at full speed without having them on your own hard drive.
This function is available through the Control Centre as well as directly from the upload (only to logged in members!).
As an extension of remote uploaders which are transmitting real-time data from one to the other server, links are recognized by "Rapidshare", "Uploaded" and "Netload" separately and edited in a separate process to set up extra servers.
After integration the links will appear automatically on the data in user space, it's no further intervention by the user needed.

8. FTP upload
For all registered users an FTP upload option is provided.
The upload process is to accomplish with any FTP client (including browsers are supported). A FXP support (Remote upload of a second FTP server, which loads the data without directly to the Share- Online FTP server).
Special procedures for use:
- After uploading the data you have about 1 minute to rename the file or redo it. If no intervention takes place, the file will be put on an upload queue and then start to integrate into the system.
- As soon as the data are integrated, the copy on the FTP server will be DELETED (!! This may surprise many users, but it is quite normal)
- After the integration, the links appear automatically on the data in user space, it's no further intervention by the user needed.
Supplement FXP: For * nix based routers at the connection of the user, it can lead to problems. Primarily known to us is the problem with the uses of Fritz! Boxes. With these routers, the process starts, the data, however, run into your own computer. Remedy in this case (regardless of the software used) brings a proxy which is outside of its own network

9. The prepaid system
As the first vendor we have introduced a prepaid system. To make the concept a little clearer, here is a brief explanation:
Prepaid is the English term for prepaid credit. The special feature of a prepaid function is the ability to use up a credit control gradually.
What's the use?
Especially for users who only want a few days or even weeks an ad-free quick download this method is working, as the account is for the rest of the time only a collector existence.
How do I pay?
The prepaid operation is initiated by the redemption of premium points.
How can be charged a deposit?
There are two possibilities:
- Payment by existing premium points or
- Similar to a mobile phone charging points. From a minimum of Euro 9.99 are all payment methods available and the credit will be extended.
Which bookable time quotas are there?
Currently we offer 4 different time rates:
- 1 hours
- 3 hours
- 9 hours
- 15 hours
As the process has starts a clock starts counting down and informs you permanently about the remaining time.
A function for automatic renewal (credit provided) is installed. Should this be turned off a running download will break off if booked period expires. A charge by hand is possible even during an ongoing ticket.

10. Which type of files can be upload and how long does the files remain?
All kinds of files are useable (except for PHP to produce no security breaks). In compressed form, which is itself the better alternative, even PHP files are achievable.
Uploads from premium accounts will be never deleted. Only when the premium account expires, and therefore a collector's account shall apply the rules for free access.

11. How much can be charged?
Guests and the free access collectors get from us 300MB per hour assuranced.
Are you downloading for example 5 MB you can download in the next hour 295 MB maximum. If you did not download any other (smaller) files, you can instead load down 300 MB and nothing more for the rest of the hour.
Premium account owners are having no hours limit. For security reasons in favor of the operator, a maximum limit of downloads per day and per week exists. This step became necessary to control to the recurrent account-sharing or a transfer of accounts by third party.
All values are intentionally set very high for normal users never get to this point. Every user who manages it nevertheless should be think about the necessity and usefulness of the accumulated amount of data ;-).
The values are currently implemented:
- A maximum of 100 gigabytes per day
- A maximum of 60GB in the daily average per week (420 gigabytes per week)
Anyone who exceeds this limit has to expect a reduction in its bandwidth and the maximum connections until calculated rate is again under both limitations.

12. I have a premium account. How can I stop downloads and resume later?
With a download manager (DLM) is the project of their choice at any time possible.
Because each user has his own preferences, we want to pronounce any recommendations.
But every download manager with which you can register via the login to a service is available for Share Online.biz.
Another criterion should be the DLM can accept cookies from the site.

13. What happens to my data when my premium account expires?
If a premium account expires, that means when the pay period is over, the package will be reduced only to a free version. The data is retained in your form, however after 45 days inactive files will be deleted.
All time it is possible to convert back the expired account to a premium account.
